My skills include design strategy, user research, wireframing / prototyping, information architecture and accessibility - with a strong focus on solving complex problems through clear, user-centred thinking and user research.
I enjoy working closely with stakeholders, developers and researchers to turn ambiguity into practical, well considered outcomes that balance user needs with business and technical constraints.
Outside of work, I am always looking for my next hobby and enjoy exploring both creative and technical pursuits. I have a strong interest in gaming, flight simulation and music - don't ask me about my growing guitar collection!
