QLD Government - Traffic App Conceptualisation

I worked hand-in-hand with user researchers as part of a project to explore the future potential of the QLD Traffic website and mobile applications. The goal was to conceptualise the future of design and user experience for users of the site to provide a better, adaptive experience that can assist them in moments of crisis. This elaborate exploration was grounded in real user needs, combining aspirational thinking with practical insights gathered through research.

Drawing from these findings, I developed a series of high-fidelity mockups for both mobile and desktop platforms, showcasing potential design directions and user experiences. These concepts aimed to inspire and potentially inform future development, aligning innovation with usability.

Numerous design concepts were collaboratively developed with clients and users. Examples are provided below that were ultimately presented to stakeholders as final deliverables.
