QLD Government - Traffic App Conceptualisation

As part of a forward-looking initiative for the Queensland Government, I partnered with a user researcher from Pragma to conceptualise the future of the QLD Traffic website. This blue-sky exploration was grounded in real user needs, combining aspirational thinking with practical insights gathered through research.

Drawing from these findings, I developed a series of high-fidelity mockups for both mobile and desktop platforms, showcasing potential design directions and user experiences. These concepts aimed to inspire and inform future development, aligning innovation with usability.

Numerous design concepts were collaboratively developed with clients and users. Below is an example that was ultimately presented to stakeholders as a final deliverable.
